Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal‑use items may be ineligible for change‑of‑mind returns once opened.

Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected:

Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange that where stock is available.
Shipping Costs
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, return shipping is fully covered by us.
For change‑of‑mind returns, customers may be responsible for return postage.
